did-web

Resolving a did:web — the one DID method whose document is not derivable from the identifier and has to be fetched. The verb GETs https://<domain>/…/did.json over the net-gated HTTP client, checks that the document describes the DID that was asked for, and returns the validated id beside the parsed source document. Every other method is self-describing and resolves offline in cx-stdlib/did, which is where a did:key or did:peer belongs and where this module refuses to answer.
